Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before placing a custom order or booking a workshop. They help us deliver a seamless, transparent experience.

By commissioning work you agree to these terms plus any bespoke clauses agreed via invoice or statement of work.

Ordering & approvals
- • All custom requests are confirmed once a 50% deposit or full payment is received. Quotes remain valid for 14 days.
- • Digital proofs are provided for every bespoke design. Production begins only after written approval via email or form reply.
- • Two rounds of refinements are included. Additional revisions may incur a small studio fee, agreed before work continues.
Production & shipping
- • Standard production is 7–14 business days after approval. Rush delivery is available on request with an added concierge fee.
- • We carefully package all items. Risk transfers to the client once the parcel is handed to the courier. We will support claims if transit issues occur.
- • Collection from [[BUSINESS_LOCATION]] can be arranged by appointment.
Cancellations & refunds
- • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by UK consumer law.
- • If you need to cancel before proofs are approved, we will retain a £25 design fee and refund the remainder of your deposit.
- • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.
Workshops & events
- • A 30% non-refundable retainer secures workshop dates. Final balances are due 7 days before the event.
- • Participants are responsible for their belongings and must follow studio health & safety guidance.
- • We may capture photo or video during events for portfolio use. Please let us know if you prefer to remain off camera.
Intellectual property
- • All original artwork, templates, and instructional materials remain the property of [[BUSINESS_NAME]] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- • You warrant that any reference images or phrases provided do not infringe third-party rights.
- • We reserve the right to showcase finished commissions in portfolios and social media, excluding embargoed or NDA projects.
